Refund & Cancellation Policy

Participants / Registrants for our live, Online and Classroom Training events, may cancel upto 72 hours prior to the start of the live session/ webinar/Seminar Classroom and Hrciconnect.com will issue a letter of credit to be used towards any of Hrciconnect.com’s future events. The letter of credit will be valid for 8 months.

Hrciconnect.com will process refund only if the live session/ webinar/Seminar/Classroom/event/Training has been cancelled and is not rescheduled within 90 days from the original scheduled date.

In the case where a live webinar/Online Training is cancelled, registrants / Participants of the webinar may choose between recorded version of the webinar or a refund.

Refunds will not be processed to participants who do not show up for the live session/ webinar/Seminar Classroom Training.

A live session/ webinar/Seminar Classroom Training may be cancelled due to insufficient or unavoidable circumstances. Participants will be notified of the same 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.
